Daire joined the firm in November 2022 as a Partner & Head of Private Finance to lead and develop our UHNWI Private Client mortgage financing activities. Daire has over two decades of experience in Prime & Super-Prime mortgage lending for Family Offices, UHNWI Private Clients and Professional Investors across the UK, the US and Europe. Daire previously worked with specialist debt advisory firms such as Fulcrum Private Clients, Arc & Co., Savills Private Finance and Alexander Hall in both client-facing and management roles. He has originated, structured and closed numerous financings including acquisition, development, construction and cash-out refinancing for Prime residential property worldwide as well as other strategic Family Office assets such as jets, yachts, art and single-stock holdings.
